When the market moves, it leaves a signature of where it has been. Using this data, pivot points are calculated as they provide levels that are significant in

Showing market trends and volatility
Showing real breakouts from fake breakouts
Giving profit target levels
Showing possible swing points

With this, it is possible to perform top-down analyses without changing the timeframe. It also aids in determining possible entries and exit points in the market.

These levels are not only valid for currency pairs but are also valid for metals, indices, synthetic indices and derivatives and so much more.

To attach it to your chart,

1. Download the indicator below.
2. Copy or cut the file into the indicators folder.
2,1. To locate this folder, start by opening your trading terminal.
2,2. Click File and select "Open Data Folder".
2,3. Open the folder MQL5.
2,4. Select Indicators.
3. Close your trading terminal and open it.
4. The indicator will show under indicators in the Navigator Panel.
5. Drag the indicator to your chart and input the settings you want with it.
